Before you begin your application, can you please make sure you have the following information:

• Proof of identity, including visas and any work permits (if applicable)
• Proof of address (letter dated within the last three months)
• Both parts of your driving licence (if applicable)
• Your SIA licence (if applicable)
• A full five year work history (If you do not have exact information HMRC can provide it. Find out how)
• Two personal references
• Details of criminal history (if applicable)
• Your National Insurance Number

When completing the application form, you will be asked to upload all the necessary vetting documents listed above. Please only start your application form when you are able to upload these.
